I retain the copyright of all pieces.

I have the right to decline any request.

Commissions are for personal use only.
_{Please review the Commercial Use section if you need to obtain commercial rights.}

Accepting a work request requires prior discussion, agreement to these terms, and payment.
_{Please be as specific and provide any required references.}

I require Payment in full via Paypal before starting the comission.

No refunds will be issued unless I have not started working on the comission.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.

The expected deadline of the commission is ~1 week. This deadline may be affected by factors including:
 • Illness
 • Complexity
 • Wait-list
 • Lack or delayed feedback from you
 • Personal Emergencies (Life)

The final product is a digital file and will be delivered via email. No physical item will be shipped.

I reserve the right to stream the process unless we discuss otherwise.

I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and in my portfolio, unless you request a private commission (which may incur an additional privacy fee).

You get 3 rounds of changes on the commissioned piece included in the price.

I will send you screenshots of every major phase in the process (sketch, lineart, base colors, light/shadows) so you can review them and request your changes.

With your approval, I will move on to the next phase. If you request changes during a phase check, I will send you a new screenshot for final approval.

Major changes after the approved sketch will result in an additional fee.

Do NOT alter or trace my artwork without my explicit consent.

Under no circumstances may the artwork be fed into or used to train Artificial Intelligence (AI) models or scrapers.

You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels, but proper credit is required.

Acquiring the right for commercial use of the piece involves an additional charge of at least 50% of the agreed price.
_{This percentage may increase depending on how you intend to use the piece.}
